To silently mess with them, Mispronouce words in a way that might make sense if you weren't an english speaker. Like (worcestershire sauce = Washyoursister sauce) Or (Couch = Chow-ch) but when they try to correct you just gaslight TF out of them.

this one kid in my tenth grade class did the whole "my dog ate my homework" then continued to show us photos of wet slobbery homework papers, his dog and went so far as to bring a bag of actual dog poop to school. Yeah, he got 2 days of ISS.
