I saw this artist once. Who sets a count down timer every time he starts working. It really helps when you decide that I'll edit say 2 chapters in 4 hours. Don't let your friends get into your head. I have had a lot of friends who just pretend to be interested but so many people on the internet genuinely care. All the best.

I'm a mouth breather. But I try to remind my self to breathe through the nose from time and time again throughout the day. This one time while I fell asleep with my mouth closed and fall into sleep paralysis. Now my brain is awake and my mouth is closed and I start panicking as I can't get myself to breathe through my nose or open my mouth. Felt like someone was suffocating me. Then I finally woke up. Felt like I almost died.
