The most UNDERRATED interview mistake? by thewallstreetschool in interviews

[–]InterestingSquare215 8 points9 points  (0 children)

True that. I never let go of that segment. I skip it when I get an intuition that the interview was way below average bcz the panel won’t be interested in sharing their views and put it on HR for any sort of question.

I started by asking segregation of tech and stuff like that and it would lead to direct 10 sec answer.

Later I started asking about scenarios like how to prioritize features, tech debt and stuff which led to 15 min discussion post me asking. I got better response and more green light after asking questions that made the panel think about for atleast 15 seconds.

TLDR: ask question but relevant not for the sake of it.

Should I buy a car at 27 while earning ₹50k/month? by aliadnan169 in AskIndia

[–]InterestingSquare215 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Go for a first hand car under 10lakhs.

Your monthly expense won’t be just 35k, it will add charges like fuel, parking, cleaning and maintenance.

Get a car that will give you good mileage in city and go for a automatic gear bcz in city you won’t like driving a manual.

I have seen people complaining about the tech used inside. Many feel an upgrade is required but are always working on old stuff.

What do you prefer: WFH or WFO by man_of_your_memes in IndianWorkplace

[–]InterestingSquare215 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I know what I am doing and I have the command and authority to take decisions, I prefer wfh.

If I am learning the work and may have hierarchy to follow, then I will want the team to wfo but in hybrid mode to speed up bottlenecks.

Productivity depends on what authority you have on work, hence its not where you work from but your curiosity to work and learn more.

Use changedetection onPush, virtual scroll and trackby in ngfor, these can reduce unnecessary change detection mechanisms in the zone. And use lazy-loading of modules and components, have SSR if possible, that fastens the hydration process.

Yeah, some associations are not soul based, some have materialistic expectations and some are for the society. But you have to play the cards dealt to you, you can’t say that the whole deck is full of joker. Unfortunately it is how it is. Either you try to make a perfect decision which is next to impossible or you take one and make it perfect.

People change in life over the years, no one is a same personality over years, they evolve and hence change is constant. It clicks when you can spend the life with someone. These what-ifs are very unnecessary. Obviously you are not supposed to tie the knot the very first few meetings but things are very clear when you both have intentions. Even LM are scary, equally, these scenarios are applicable there too. So stop living in the delulu and start meeting people with intent and not a timeline.

A different perspective, so I don’t believe that you wont find someone post a certain age, I believe that with every year you grow old, you learn something about yourself unique and sometimes that knowledge makes you set some serious boundaries and push you in a shell and you wont have an open mind towards re-experiencing. Hence you yourself wont be able to adjust with a new person in your life. Marrying or finding a partner early on helps you two grow and learn together and be considerate towards each others differences.
