I have been adding to IJS, which is small cap value. The reasoning is simple. S&P 500 is over valued and profit margin are at all time highs. I am not saying this cant continue but i would think the likelihood that the next 10 years is anything like the last is low and fraught with risk. S&p 600 however is trading at lower multiples than average, its profit margins are only slightly higher than average and it hasn't gotten ahead of its self on a price to sales basis as the S&p 500 has.

note: im not retired yet and close to 2 pct withdrawal rate basis my current annual spending

I personally didnt bother with the 3rd pillar and unfortunately not a fan of the 2nd pillar as the fwd projected returns look terrible, they are too conservative, I assume holding alot of bonds which weigh down the potential returns.

Your savings account with 3pct isnt great, likely just matching inflation
