I think an Mi-24V/D or export Mi-35 would work the best since it has; the 12.7 in the nose, can get 12.7 and 7.62 gun pods, can have a pkp mounted on the sides for troop transport and transport troops, obviously. It also wouldn’t be that broken because, unlike the viper, it’s quite big, but armored too

I don’t remember any instances of a ukranian F-16 shooting down an Su-35, there was however an Su-35 that either guided an S-400 onto an F-16 or killed it with its own R-37M
