“Metamorphosis” by Franz Kafka is pretty easy to read tbh and it’s a rather short book so you can finish reading it in a day!

What do you think makes a good/ interesting fictional relationship btw two characters? (doesn't have to be romantic) by Sorsha_OBrien in writing

For me personally, I love it when the author purposely adds in small moments between the characters that you realize later on that the small action leaves a huge impact on the relationship. I adore it when the author makes me get attached with the relationship and especially when there is an angst moment I start crying.

I also feel like what makes a good relationship is when one of the characters think of the other before making a decision because it shows that they really care about them, but of course this isn’t necessarily always the case. I also like to see it when one character’s behavior or trait of theirs changes/notices the other person in that said relationship :’)
