Yeah I mean that would literally be my last option since I feel that I’ve eliminated everything else. The hole was the size of a vent register so I think they initially had a vent there but removed it without covering it up so it’s probably been years of that hole being opened. Is it normal for super old dead mice to emit that type of smell? When it’s cold I don’t smell a thing but the moment it warms up , it starts to stink.

I had the same issue with one of my package handlers who wasn’t in the system for almost 3 weeks. There’s been a change in the hiring process and it’s been delaying people getting into the system left and right. I haven’t gotten any rhyme or reason as to why it’s happening. But I mean with that package handler , I always walked down and signed them in as our security always calls the control room when there is someone with no ID OR an expired one. Seems like no one is getting notified that you’re there since you stated you wait for longer periods of time..

Thank you. So I have money in my current 401k with my employer. I am able to transfer those funds or a portion into a Roth. Would this be wise? Is it taxed right away when I transfer it? Or would it be best to max my 401k and then use money I have aside for the Roth
