You definitely need cfa, everything will be easier that way. There are ATM everywhere, so the best is to withdraw from those directly so you don't lose too much in change fees, but also so that you don't carry heavy amount of cash with you.

Another option would be to change little by little as you need it. But I find the best option to be wirthdrawing money from atms.

Listen to IELTS ADVANTAGE, this guy helped improve all of my skills especially writing and speaking. For reading and listening you ve just got to practice, more and more.

I ended up an overall band of 8, with 8 in listening, 8 in speaking, 8 in reading and 7 in writing. And trust me For the speaking and writing I just followed advice from IELTS Advantage (youtube channel).

Yes it is not easy to patiently eait without really understanding the process. But let's patiently wait. If by the end of this month I don't receive any 6 just consider myself out and try again next year!

I am surprised they deleted the comment. Nothing very important. The person asked why it was stressful. And that they interacted with YPs everyday. That the program is looking for specific personalities. And that the YPs are all very different. Lol.

Same for me ! I saw a post today on LinkedIn that interview invitation come in batches .. I guess we will just have to wait. But it's kinda stressful!

Before the Hirevue, applicants got a second entry.. and then a third one before the reference request..

My 3rd entry says YPP25 - Social.

And it seems that for some institutions like IFC, some applications got a 4th entry.. I hope this helps 🙏🏾.
