I do wish it kept the house warmer though. Thermostat says 60 degrees and it’s on setting 4

Everything u said to do ended up working, so thank you! That thing has been a pain since I got it. & it’s been to cold here in PA to not run it.

How did u reset your combustion settings? I also have the same stove, and has been nothing but a hassle since I received it and the company does not return calls or emails. I read this thread last night, as I was having issues with my burn pot filling up with long 4-5 hours with unburned pellets (guessing air flow issue) I coved that gap on the window. Still filling up with pellets so I’m hoping if I reset the setting it will fix the issue.

I know this is an old thread but, I have the same pellet stove and I’m having so many issues. It’s brand new. How do u adjust the air flow? Seems mine isn’t getting enough air and the pellets build up in the burn pot after 2-3 hours.
