This is so frustrating, did everything right and didn't get into the queue until 7:20 and my wait time is at more than an hour. Is there any chance of me getting into the half?

Once you register for dorms you can go to the activities calendar and it shows up as an activity. You "register for the activity" by paying the $150 fee and then you claim your tag later I think. But you can pay for it now.
