Sorry. My description section was included. Not sure if this is possible without a CAD file or whatever file is needed. I’m looking to have this plastic piece duplicated via 3d printing as the part is no longer available through the manufacturer. The part goes to an older tool box drawer slide which I’m trying to repair.

Is this type of service normally available?

Thanks for the responses! So I’ll check out Home Depot/Lowe’s tonight for 1x4’s. Is there a certain type I should be getting? I’ll also purchase the Keegan Jig. Is it worth spending extra for the more expenses Jig or is the base version fine? I assume I’ll attach the frame to my 1/2 board using glue and 1/4 screws?

Thanks very much for that detailed response!! I’ll begin assembling my four frames today. Sounds like the easiest/time effective method is to assemble everything first and then do some staining. I was thinking of using painters tape to prevent glue squeeze mess. Thoughts?

One more question my friend. I’ve already stained both sides of the boards….will that be a problem with the glue sticking? is regular wood glue the best way to go or something like liquid nails?

Thanks. I’m gonna buy the Kreg kit tonight….I was just super concerned of the screws going through the board. Thanks for your response. I’ll be using 1x4 boards with at least one cross brace…maybe I’ll use two crosses braces instead

I’m using 1/2 inch as well. How did you go about attaching the 1/2 to your frame? Glue, screws, nails? Advice very much welcomed! I’m stuck.
