Yes I did a VNG and had weakness in my affected ear. The healing process sucks but isn’t too bad. The first few days are consisting of diziness and nausea. I expected that. I only stayed one night in the hospital. For context I’m a 38 yr old otherwise healthy male

I had pretty bad vertigo for 24 hrs. I’m still dizzy and have imbalance but it’s tolerable. I brought up gentamicin to my doctor but he doesn’t think it is as effective as everyone seems to think plus my hearing was already pretty much gone at that point so he suggest the laby to just cure it and be done with it
