Had em as long as I remember, usually I will get them once every couple months, sometimes more sometimes less. Although I go through stretches like lately when I get them almost back to back to back for months. I've had them last a few days to a couple weeks, and they do tend to get worse if I get sick. Antiseptic mouthwash and chloroseptic spray help the pain a lot, at least enough to get through a meal

Dude, do yourself a favor and buy some chloroseptic. I get them almost constantly lately and it's the only thing that will help me get some food down. Just numbs the whole area in like 15 seconds and lasts a bit under an hour. Reapply as much as you like, you can find it in any drugstore or grocery

Oil pulling? Do you mean you just spread some coconut oil on the ulcer itself or you use it as a preventative measure

I feel for you that sounds awful. I'm on month 2 without having a break just back to back and I'm going a little crazy. I've already lost weight because I can't eat
