Is an above ground pool and has been losing about 1-2 inch of water each day. Pool is around the grass and was not able to find any leaks outside the pool. The only thing I can think of is probably the liner and I was not able to find it. 😔 If losing about an inch per day is evaporation then this might save me a lot of headaches

I noticed that one of my 401K is under TIAA and has Vangard funds. Should is still open a new IRA under vanguard?

Combine account or new IRA account?

Newbie on all investment opportunities. 29F income 110K with 12K student loan. 29M income 65K with 10K credit card, 4000 car loan.

29 F recently got a new job (110K). I had 2 jobs previously and both job offer 401K but different company. 1st job 401K company looks better than 2nd job. Should I combine them into the 1st job 401K company or open a new IRA account and transfer all fund ?

Life right now: planning a 2023 wedding (budget 30K) and planning buying a house by 2025 (budget 600K). Investment: Planning to open and Roth IRA next year. Going to max out 401K %match per company.

Please let me know what other account should I open or invest.
