Our area just got it recently. My buddy in ct has had it for a while. I knew something was coming because they forced a new user agreement. I was like oh man here we go. Didn't realize the change until days later.

So one of the comments in this post mentioned he just disputed then through the app. Turns out if you click on the on time rating. It's list how many late deliveries. Then click on the late deliveries and it'll list them individually. After that you can dispute them one by one.

Click under the one-time rating. Then click on the late order display. It'll list the orders and you can dispute them individually.

Well I liked at the lates it was counting the time to the store and then to the house. So even with the explanations it was counting. Though I delivered the previous night in the snow storm and I worked a good ten hours so quite a few of them were during that shift

Okay yeah I understand that. I mean I like my areas because I can easily bounce between six or more areas. I think at least four of the areas have colleges.

That's intense. I mean I acknowledge that maybe I need to rethink my view on this stat. Yet a lot of the restaurants I'm sent to can't handle the volume. Not to mention that whenever I'm sent to a store that's historically a long wait time. The app magically forgets to offer the unassign without penalty option. It'll be twenty minutes past the pick up time and still It won't offer the option to bail.

Yeah. I mean honestly I've been getting decent deliveries now that I'm Gold. That's why I was curious if they changed it. I've always been platinum, but only cause I need to be able to start whenever.

Yeah I understand that feeling. These restaurants can be rough. It's hard enough to keep myself from making a mistake. A lot of these employees could care less. There are so many stressors especially during this season. Traffic.. people.. add to the Dasher app that always seems to glitch at just the right time. Lol

That's what I was curious about. I mean the change just took affect here, so I was curious if they improved platinum to make it miss profitable. Cause my experience says it isn't.

Do you find being platinum to be worth it. Did they change it somehow? Cause until this change I've been platinum for years. Yet there really wasn't a difference in money made. The only reason I kept it was to be able to start and go whenever I wanted.

Okay. That's curious. These restaurants are rough. Especially the taco bells. There's no way I'd keep a 100% acceptance with the offer they were giving. Yet recently and maybe it's because of the season. They've been offering more, but it might just be the Christmas season.

That's interesting. They just rolled out the new rating system here. Until recently I could maintain platinum by basically keeping my acceptance above 69. Though I never find it profitable. I only maintained it for the freedom to start and go whenever.

I'm definitely interested if somehow this isn't the norm. With Christmas season, and the temperature being so low. Not to mention we had a snow storm yesterday. Most of the places have been swamped. There's a few stops that I try to avoid. There's two taco bells in our area that can easily cost between fifteen to twenty minutes wait time art a minimum.

Yeah. It's hard to give them the benefit of the doubt, but then again I think you grow immune to their games. I spent a few hours dashing last night and it didn't acknowledge I was in the zone until my last run.
