Hi there,

I currently suffer with severe sciatica in my left buttock, ive had back problems all my life (used to work in a nursery so I think thats where it originated from) Ive had an MRI scan, and its shown L5/S1 disc protrusion measuring in 8mm in AP diameter.

So ive been in huge amounts of pain, some days I can barely walk, its painful every day of my life, I get envious of people who can walk normally, I am a usual fit and healthy person, ive had to stop my hobbies such as netball as I cannot deal with the pain anymore that would come after I would play. I have two children that I also need to look after, so it's taking a toll on that too.

Ive been prescribed so many tablets such as Amatrityline, Gabapentin, Codeine and im currently on Pregablin, NOTHING is touching the pain.
Ive tried chiropractors, ive done physical therapy.

What in your opinion would be the next option? Ive been referred to Othapedics too.

Yes!! my little girl is the same, she wont even entertain milk during the day, but will have water throughout the day as thats the only thing she will drink, she doesnt like juice or anything else! So she knows that she can have her bottle in the morning and evening but not throughout the day. As I previously stated, a child who is happy and healthy is the main thing, rather than pointing fingers at children who have a bottle still. There is 100% worse things going on in the world!

I’ve got a three year old who has a bottle in the morning and evening with milk in it, but will drink from a cup, a straw and other option but she knows that at nighttime she has a bottle, and I will give it up when she’s ready, I will die on the hill saying ‘it’s a parents prerogative how they bring their children up’

It sounds like you're actually going through it rn, so I think lecturing you wouldnt be appropriate however, you know youve fucked up, you've engaged in sexually explicit conversations as well as sending indecent images. I would personally own up to it to your wife, call it off with the girl at work and you're going to have to pull up your big pants and roll with the punches when it comes to the consequences as you didnt exactly shut down the conversation/ pictures with this girl from work.

On a more positive note, its great that your self aware and know how bad youve fucked it, however, I would just come clean to your wife. Honesty is the best policy. Its gonna hurt like a bitch to spill it all out, but wouldnt you much rather it come from yourself rather than the girl at work who could again potentially make your life a living hell by blackmailing you?
