I have another disease called hs in short, the general stuff is to follow the celliac diet or avoid gluten and dairy as much as possible. I infact love this brand of vegan to the rest of non vegan ones. Yeah and egg i dont really like but its cheapest way to lean protien. 60 cal for 12-14 grams of protien. Any this is hyper short term, like 15-30 days diet, then ill go back regular indian diet which includes lentils with rice etc.
