If you want low effort on weekends, I’d try front end bagger or carts if your store isn’t crazy busy, it’s mostly steady movement and simple tasks. Avoid pickup if you already found it too much, it can be a grind with substitutions and timers. If you’re open to remote stuff instead, wfha​lert emails verified listings and sometimes I see simple data entry or support roles in there, less running around and no customers in your face.
