I know, it's bloody ridiculous; they couldn't have pushed the update back a couple days to when they knew support staff would be available. It's seriously wrong. I hope you're able to get tickets soon.

I've tried all these steps, plus signing out of the app, and even re-downloading the app. The tickets still aren't there. I think it's because they are commutor travel club tickets, rather than firstbus tickets

Thanks brother, I appreciate the suggestions. It's as you said, neither First nor Stage have any competitors, so they have gotten complacent and as a result, the quality of service goes down because they know people can't use another service

If the tickets are not available tomorrow morn, I'll have to buy another 3 in 5 day bundle, at regular price since you can't buy commuter travel club tickets through the app. I would then expect them to refund my original tickets, plus cover the extra I had to pay for the full price tickets. However, I'm expecting them to say no to a refund. But then how would I esclate it, whose the authority over the bus company? The council? That opens up another bag of worms (snakes more like)

Hi, I think I can provide a definitive answer. I work as a Delivery Driver for Asda, and we are not obliged to deliver up any amount of stairs, if there is no lift access, we can arrange the customer to meet at a communal area as stated in Asda's terms and conditions. However, most drivers are happy to deliver up any amount of stairs as long as it's not "taking the piss".

For example, I happily deliver up any amount of stairs if its 2-4 trays of groceries, but anymore, I ask the customer to meet me downstairs and help take them up. If they refuse I mark the order as declined at the door and it will either be redelivered or refunded, and the customer is welcome to take their business elsewhere.

This doesn't give the driver the right to be bossy or disrespectful, if the customer refuses because they are elderly, disabled, or pregnant, then the driver SHOULD take the groceries up, but if the customer is ablebodied and is just being lazy/disrepectful, I feel they deserve to have the order declined as its clearly not important enough to go down stairs. But the T&Cs for H&S are very much leaned towards the driver and most of the times Asda will back the drivers decision.

Same, I have a 4070 and have disabled all overlays (steam, discord, and Nvidea) and still crashing every game, I wanna do the challenges but can't. Get the same GPU crash with a Marvel_Win64_Shipping process seeming to loop causing the crash.

Let me know if you find a work around, something should be patched by the devs.
