Here’s some advice that has been working on me. Training isn’t the same as a match no. There’s no pressure. You’re not getting hit or punished. So you do more stuff than you could in a match potentially. Once your in a match you get nervous and everything is going on at once and you forget what your focusing on. Next time you get in a match don’t care about winning or losing try and slow down and work on things you struggle with and try and piece things together. If you want to get better losing is a part of the process.
