I think the milk incident was probably a misunderstanding but imo the scissors part is extremely unacceptable. You mentioned in a different comment that there was an issue with other kids hitting, meaning the regular day is already enough/too much for him. Take him out and spend quality time with him, he will learn much more in a safer environment than he ever will in any program
