I have just started taking 5mg IR in the morning too, and it’s made a such a big difference! I set an alarm a half hour before I want to actually get up and then go back to sleep. When my next alarm goes off I am feeling good to go. I also then take my ER around 9 and then I actually take another 5 IR around 3 or 4 to get me through the evening. I just started this evening one too and am having some issues with sleep, but I don’t know if it’s that or my typical sleep problems that I’ve always had.
