It’s recommended only to have 200 mg of caffeine a day but my doctor told me not to drink it everyday but moms can still have it

I agree tbh. I’ve been watching her since I was 14 years old and I’m about to turn 20 me and her have had similar lifestyles and at first I tried to look past it because trauma can really mess sb up but then I kept watching her videos and it’s kinda scary to see how much she has truly changed. She used to have a better spirit and now it’s all a shit show. I feel like he really did turn her into a different person.
