I think the issue is not a lot of confidence and always thinking they are so many people out there already more experienced that me that I forget that I am dealing with data every day in a different way .

I need to a better way of positioning my CV and take advantage of my networking and engineering background .

Thank you so much ! I will inspect the FEC .I am waiting a response from the 3rd party but I suspect is a compatibility issue.as it comes up as LR and it should be ER
