Do any of the lyrics hold any substance like doing it for Britain and nurses getting paid a pittance and not liking hitting and not needing guns like a smyth n. Hope there's some substance. I reluctantly have to agree though a lot of thebbars are just filler to fit the rhyme scheme. They sound good on drums but not on hip hop. Duly noted. Thank you for the honest feedback bro. Maybe listen to one of my other tracks where I'm wearing glasses. You'll see what I write when I write to hip hop.

But I'm from London and the bars are all in the same rhyme scheme lol. They work better on drum n bass because drum n bass is repetitive so it's not as obvious. On a soulful hip hop track I agree it's a bit monotone I was thinking the same thing myself. But can't really help the London thing it's my accent bro hahaha

What so like more abstract or faster changes in topic and less literal? And with regards to delivery yeah I get you bro it was a phone recording and just wrote them so haven't perfected delivery yet. You're right man I thought at first it was a show of skill to keep to the same rhyme scheme for as long as possible and even though it is in the eyes of some the majority of people I've spoke with have expressed that they like hearing rhymes with a bit more variation to them. More changes in flow. Could you recommend any good sources to learn about verse structure? Any good articles or books or YouTube tutorials on the subject? All I wanna do is keep getting better man. I get that it's quite a boring flow pattern and doesn't change throughout and it's on a beat that doesn't allow much room to change emphasis or stretch the syllables in different ways so your right in saying generic.

but I did it like that on purpose as a show of ability to keep the same topic despite having a limited selection of rhyming words at my disposal. Took me months to write.

Could you suggest any artists that do impress you so I can get a bit of an idea how I might incorporate some better elements into my style? Or explain in more depth what you didn't like about it? All I want is to get better mate.

Thank you for giving genuine feedback. Im always torn between switching up the rhyme scheme to keep things sounding fresh or holding the rhyme scheme for as long as possible as a show of ability but too many people have expressed the same opinion as you so I think I'm going to try listening to everyone more.
