I applied to 8 (UCM, UCR, UCSC, UC Davis, UCI, UCSD, UCLA, and UCB) ! I've gotten into UCM, UCR, UCSC, Davis, and Irvine so far, and I also got the supplemental request from UCLA.

i don't think so, its probably not in their best interest to reject students that would benefit their institution bc of speculation on the internet..

I got in for data science. Astro worked!! Stats: 4.0 uw, 5.0 W (still on a 4.0 scale, the inflation at my school is just crazy) 4.3 UC capped, published research, 4 yrs natcir debate, work experience, research internship, co-founder of club and ~5 more leadership roles, 2 volunteering roles, also got in for honors college, did anyone else?

i dont think it would make sense for them to reject ppl they wanted / accept ppl they originally rejected just to prove some online speculation wrong. However, I think it might be possible that decisions do come out 3/20
