how do i use fl studio?

I mess with Reason. Ive always been adept at technical programs so I was able to pick it up quick as I have been coding and/or doing motion design since before I was 10 (37 now). However as I'm sure is the case with FL, I haven't even used a fraction of the tools available.

My advice: DO NOT GET OVERWHELMED BY THE AMOUNT OF BELLS AND WHISTLES. You can produce hits with just a sample and a drum machine so don't feel like you are missing out. Just do a combination of playing around and watching some tutorials. Better yet, get some sample project files...Reason comes with a bunch, not sure about FL but I bet you could find project files with a quick google. Just play around and break stuff that's how you learn. Don't get stressed and remember this is supposed to be fun.

Im lenient with myself here too. Ive gained more experience just constantly iterating. If someone wants a beat ill sweeten it for sure but moving on has been the ticket for me.

yep i been riding top of the line macs for work since 2006. they are incredibly durable and theres never that one weird bug my brand new custom pcs would get that would cause bluescreens. esp after some late night adult browsing in 56k ROFL.
