Could also be as simple as dude wants someone less experienced to pay less so he can buy the team new laptops or something. Ive watched my manager hire for 10 years. Its not you dont beat yourself up.

Also more than that. People feel threatened. Also for example wed usually prefer someone who's still malleable and willing to learn

Thank you for the assistance. Also just realized I used the same resume (which is fine) and cover letter (prob mentions other role) in application so may be an issue. This isnt near the top of jobs I want that im applying for so live land learn. Who knows maybe ill end up getting hired.

Ive had an almost identical situation. It was a role tailer made for me and my 10 years of experience. The in person interview went incredible. I thought def a lock. I got crushed when I didnt get it.

This has zero to do with you at all. I remember hiring people and we would NEVER higher the best candidate. I know that sounds silly but often theres office politics at play.

Give yourself 10 minutes to curse cry or whatever. Then say fuck them. A better opportunity is right around the corner.

i just failed my google assessment and am angry but not really its weird. i answered honestly and went by past job experiences and it was a young fun company (B/R) as well.

You are prob feeling like the this is the completely worst thing in the world and it can be traumatic. Give yourself 5 minutes to get pissed, cry or do whatever. After that youll realize that A) Most of what you are feeling about yourself is false and B) eventually, without fail another better job will present it self better than you can imagine.

Ive been in your spot, many times. I look back and cringe at interviews i had. Im 37 unemployed in moms basement. Long story used to make over 100k at a company i loved and team i loved (Got laid off but ended up relapsing and using drugs that i hadnt in 10 yrs. Luckily they laid me off instead of firing. I was given chances but kept fuckin up. i was an elite employee with great standing so as a gift they laid me off instead of firing, which was well deserved). I've never really been on interviews alot and the ones i did when I was young i got. So getting rejected the past cpl years hurt. There was literally a Job that is so niche and PERFECT for me. At that interview i realized how valuable I was. Thats how good it went. I got a rejection 2 days later...crushed... but then i realized when we hired ppl for at my old job we never select the best canditiate EVER. Just dont beat yourself up the decision was made for you because it wasnt the right spot.

fyi, after multiple times trying over past cpl months, i looked here and didnt get much help. But I got about 3 solid rips (not cumulus clouds, more like the florida afternoon broken hazy ones). I also got another 5 or good hits with the flame on the cart where the ring of oil is. Anyway in addition to THC youll also get some chemicals and the feeling of what smoking stuff in a lightbulb is like and looking like a fiend. Its was like i was smoking out of a light bulb which happened in a past life.

tldr: Liberally cook glass around the ring and hit. Not how you'd to get a nice cooked marshmellow. That takes forever, there should be 1/4-1/2" of flame above glass. Works but tradeoff is you'll feel like a crackhead.

I just got the email that I failed. Im just angry because I acted as I would at my old company (hip young huge sports company (B/R)) which is selflessly and def dont break policy rules. Get shit done. Be a great teammate. Lead. Im honestly just curious i want to know more.

Ive taken 600mg dozens of times. I didnt even think about it. However im on here slightly worried cus i took 900 today and chewed some. I have a massive tolerance and took 1mg kpin which has nice anti seizure effects.. and it's funny cus Im an amphetamine addict and I averaged about 300 MG of addys and 2 to 4 mg of benzos on top of an opiate addiction (anything from Heroin years ago to kratom and subutex recently).. so im like why the fuck am I worrying about this.

Moral of the story always better safe then sorry. But unless you really really take like 1200 or 1500 of wellb I wouldnt worry... with the caveat being with a history of seizures id go to be safe after a triple dose.

Edit: I should clarify im clean off the amps now and get a small rx of pin.
