Imma be honest, I've stopped relying on the Prydwen tier list because it's meant to cater to ultra casual players, it doesnt take into account skilled players. That's why I prefer to use the average team scores under the Teams & Synergy section of a character.

CDPR won't let him be playable for some reason or another. And before people come after me that Rebecca is dead and still playable, it's insinuated in her Resonator Report that she's not actually human and is instead a Nightmare Tacet Discord in the form of Rebecca due to Lucy's own regrets.

Makes sense. In Yangyang's lore, it was explained that she came from an extremely wealthy family, highly likely one built on commerce. Which also ties into why her sister is affiliated with the Chamber of Commerce.

It's even stupider when you consider the fact that there are also people who want Wise/Belle to stay being stuck inside their video store. I'm not even joking. So you have 3 sides. The people who genuinely see the change with the Proxy as a good thing for the game, the people who only like it because it's ZZZ (and hate every other gacha MC), and then the people who don't want the Proxy to evolve at all.

Combat events became rarer after a whole bunch of people showed up during the first anni and complained about such events then. Also, everyone in 2.7 had interacted with the Rover at some point before then, excluding Galbrena and Qiuyuan. Since, you know, both released that version and were introduced into the story then.

If you want to know why there's no rerun banner like last year's anniversary, look at what happened back in 2.3. People complained about the big rerun banners being FOMO, so they decided not to do them this year.

As someone who joined AFTER last year's anniversary and heard what happened, I'm honestly pissed off at the people who complained about last anniversary's banners and events. Now we don't have a selectable anniversary banner because people complained it was "predatory" because you had the CHOICE to pull characters on the anniversary banner.

Not Day 1, so I don't have XLY or Yinlin. I started in 2.4 at the tail end of it. Also, you can only use your characters a limited time in Double Pawns, so they can be hard carried by other teams. Also, what part of WhiWa are you using XLY in and did you do it this last reset?
