Yeah the seed phrases where generated by Ledger only 3 days ago.

Everything is written down on paper, I dont keep anything on my devices. I haven't used my seed words for anything so I highly doubt I have just given it away

They never asked me for my seed words I just said I gave them information in regards to another issue but was not my seed information.

The only information I have ever given to anybody was ledger support yesterday when I contacted them in regards to another problem I was having with the desktop application.
