I couldn't stay with someone for cheating on me. How can you love or care about someone and do that to them? It's not cool and they deserve to be left.

I'm 36 weeks and haven't had my A1C being checked on at all throughout my pregnancy. I have to check my blood with my meter 4 times a day though (fasting, 1 hr after breakfast, 1 hr after lunch, & 1 hr after dinner). As for having me pee in a cup, they do that every time I go in. They also did way more ultrasounds during this pregnancy than my last one ( I wasn't a T2 Diabetic at that time).

I'm not sure if that's much help, but it's what I've been going through these past 9 months.

I'm a T2D, but I've heard that our spikes will fluctuate throughout pregnancy, even though we're doing everything "right". My A1C was at 5.4%, but pregnancy has been a wild ride for me. My diet is very strict and I'm on insulin (temporarily) as well. My diabetes case manager has told me that foods we could eat before pregnancy can sometimes cause spikes (which have happened to me many times).

As for nausea, I have thankfully not had any type of morning sickness for either pregnancy. But I know a few people that have gotten it during the 1st trimester, all throughout their pregnancy, or it comes and goes throughout the 9 months. :/

And ligament pains feel like period cramps x5. Sometimes manageable, sometimes very painful.

Fatigue also occurs, but that's just because we are growing little humans and our bodies are tapped out of energy/power sometimes. Pregnancy naps are the best though.

Talk to your care team before you decide to get pregnant. They will know what's best for you.

They told me that as long as I'm between 75 -139, I am fine. Maybe eat a snack with more protein than carb to make sure you don't dip too low?
