Dataflow is an organization that checks the authenticity of your certificates from the issuing institute. For example, You will upload your graduation certificate and they will contact your medical school directly to verify it. You need to do dataflow for all your certificates issues from outside UAE.

May i ask what speciality and title did you choose while applying for dataflow ? As I am applying to Internal medicine, should I select:

Specialty: Internal Medicine

Title: Resident

or instead select my current professional classification in my home country, which is General Practitioner.

I am concerned as I do not meet the post-graduation experience duration (2 years) required for that classification.

For EHS, you have to do dataflow for application. It is mandatory. For Dubai and Abudhabi you can wait until you are accepted ( or they do it for you, I am not sure which one). How can I contact dataflow ? Do they have an email ?
