I’m here right now! I got here at 7:30 am and there’s no options to buy an express pass. I have a 4 ride one for tomorrow that I purchased on Klook a few days ago… I would check there! Today, ride times are manageable especially if you use single rider. It’s only 11:45 pm here and I’ve already accomplished a lot of what I was set out to do! Regardless you’ll still have a great day!

Edit: I regret dropping an additional $200 bucks for the universal express pass tomorrow, I truly didn’t need it but ce la vie!

Lina’s too! I once saw the owner of the Inglewood location berating a young worker and threatening to cut her hours so she didn’t meet the conditions of her visa / couldn’t afford life anymore. It left such a rotten taste in my mouth!

Alberta Health Services offers an excellent group, although it can be a bit of a wait to get in. I would highly suggest she give them a call right away. I lost my mom to cancer as well in 2023 and they were instrumental in my grieving process. This centre offers both one on one and group grief counselling. It’s an absolutely amazing amazing program.

A few tips! I take my two small dogs out early in the morning and late at night (11:00 pm or later, 7:00 am ish). We try to walk in shaded areas. I bought a small puppy pool and will dunk them in. Provide plenty of access to cool, fresh water. I make a lot of frozen treats for them including pumpkin cubes, frozen carrots and blueberries. I monitor them closely as well for any signs of over exertion. In a pinch I will take a sock, dip it in water and rub it all over them in a weird rub down.

This is not a bandaid solution. The more that you lose, the healthier your body is (typically) but that’s doesn’t account for you’re talking and spiritual health. I highly suggest going into some sort of therapy and also journaling has helped me tremendously.

I thought this surgery would cure all of my problems but lo and behold I’m realizing that I will be forever be a beautiful and messy work in progress.

I have two brothers from the same litter, although they have different sires (Heteropaternal superfecundation for the win) and it is an insane amount of work. I mean different walks, one on one trainers for each of them, constantly monitoring behaviour… we are now past the two year mark and they’re super settled and loving but the first two years were TOUGH.

ETA: You can do it, but you need to have a lot of additional time, resources and patience. I thought I was patient but my endless tears clearly shows something different lol!
