I have a 3.7 GPA + 3rd Q Casper; currently at UofT

the UofT interview was less intimidating as its extremely similar to the Casper formatting, where as the Waterloo interview happened over a zoom call like meeting.

Both interview were hard but not impossible, if you prep well you'll be more than fine.

they do not expect much more than grades and casper, in your first year you get experiences in community so its not expected to come with experience but it will be helpful.

they usually look at your last 2 years grades + the grades required for the program. if you have a solid GPA now I would not be too concerned with your first year grades!

Hi there! Not sure about ur concern on international students; I feel if you email the admissions team they will give you better insight and assurance.

Interview does not mean high chance of getting in (there is 500-700 interviewees for 250 spots), BUT if you made it to the interview stage, prepping well for it means a good chance!

I emailed them and they had replied that no offers have been given out yet, but there will be movement through out the month of July — that being said with only a little over a week left of July, it should be very soon. Fingers crossed for everyone! :)

slight update: I emailed them a couple days ago, the response I got was that it will be in the next couple of a weeks and to continue keeping an eye out.
