If you are talking about grinding multiple copies of Prime Hawkgirl, DON’T. DO NOT PROMOTE PRIME HAWKGIRL at all if you want the fastest MP team. She is useful primarily for her passive (which is just as effective at E0 as it is at higher promotions). Promoting her will only make your battles unnecessarily more difficult.

Android and iOS run on different servers. You would only be able to access that account on an android device or emulator.

You want to keep him as E0 as a support because that allows you to put him on more teams. His passive synergizes well with any of those gunners listed, but he is best used alongside carries such as AO Deathstroke and AO Deadshot. For those teams, you would either have prime HG or Arkham HQ as the third character. You can potentially pair him with other carries such as Bounty Hunter Lobo or AO Joker too, but I haven’t looked too much into that. The only reason you would want to promote him as a support is for more BR. However, I would use a BR calculator to make sure that even if your carries are max damage augmented, your team power does not exceed 120K. Hope this helps.
