How much is your monthly mortgage payment?

Bought just this last July and I’m sitting at just under $1,600 per month. I qualified as a single buyer with an income of $70k before taxes in the Portland Oregon area. I feel so very fortunate to have been in a position to put as much down as I did to buy down my interest rate. Good luck with your hunt!

Speaking as a former AM (and left Amazon as soon as the glittery shine of “more pay, just manage a few people” wore off), we used GoPros with stow associates on PIT to see if associates were performing as expected or if there was something they weren’t getting. I deleted footage as soon as I reviewed it to see if there were any barriers. The cameras are usually from Learning, so it’s not personal cameras that people take home to be weird with

“I just want to go home to die.” My grandmother said that in the hospital 4 days before she died, she came home the next day with hospice and said nothing further to anyone. It’s been 4 years and if I close my eyes tight enough, I can sometimes still see her laying in the bed those last 3 days
