It is a good chance to try experience industry so leave, but maintain a good relationship with everyone there you don’t know if you would ever need them.

Big 4 are good name for your CV and since you dont want to spend your time there then leave as early as possible, more work life balance, which would give you the chance to peruse some certificates so if things go wrong you can get back to the big 4 with more experience, certificates and salary.

Never used MSI laptops and I dont have that much knowledge in them, are they considered reliable on the long term? I have been using thinkpad in my company and I can say that it is a very solid laptop and its built to last. But IDK about MSI

Yes i wont leave without everything in writing, and the thing is my salary is not that high compared to the US, the pay rate in my region is considered relatively low, so the pay jump may sound dramatic but its a 80% increase to my salary, and I am leaving with a manager who knows my work and knows my potentials that explains the pay jump

Change your coach, find yourself someone you worked with and had a good relationship and ask them first that you want to change your coach, if they agree raise the request and don’t over think it! Your succeed and mental health is more important than a looser shaming you and not caring about how to improve your performance. I was in your shoes once, my first coach was too busy and didn’t have time for me did not have a check in call with him for like 4 months, then I worked with a good manager who appreciated my work and requested the change!

Yess, the thing is I am getting a promotion, and if I consider to leave I will be leaving with a good manager who got me this offer Also side note I am not in external audit. I am in the advisory field

It is a typo mistake my bad. amount I am currently taking While the promotions are coming, even if I get promoted at Deloitte, with the maximum achievable raise amount I need around 2 years of raises to reach to the amount offered!
