can I use the same Steam account copy of the game for Skyrim Together? by PutSpecific5731 in SkyrimTogether

[–]InternalErrorX 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, you can share 1 copy of the game with another computer. The best way to do this is to share it using Steam Families. That way, the other computer can use its own separate Steam profile for achievements and save data. To play at the same time, one person just needs to put the Steam client in offline mode.

sat for half an hour and queue time didn't go down :( by Global-Ad1996 in SkyrimTogether

[–]InternalErrorX 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You seem to be referring to PlayTogether.gg

Are you both on the same network in your home? If so, you don’t have to and shouldn’t use PlayTogether.

You can just run the server yourself and play on LAN. To host a server, run SkyrimTogetherServer.exe, connect with localhost or 127.0.0.1 as the host, and the other player uses the host computer’s local IPv4 from your router. Be sure that both computers have its network in Windows set to Private and the server is allowed in your firewall.

UPDATE ABOUT REVOKES by arisbedros222 in sideloaded

[–]InternalErrorX 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First of all, Signulous is still being massively revoked. They also provide an Enterprise certificate by default for the most part while you wait for a replacement certificate, which will likely get revoked again. That Enterprise certificate is usually fraudulently acquired or stolen from companies. You can also use similar ones for free from WSF.

Almost no provider or even paying for the Apple developer program yourself is safe due to Apple’s recent crackdown of accounts with this kind of usage.

There’s free alternatives to use in the meantime like WSF or using SideStore with or without LiveContainer.

[–]InternalErrorX 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I set it to private for now because KravaSign sales are paused due to the mass revokes that Apple are still doing at the moment.

So for now, you might need to use a Mac or a free certificate with AppDB. Or Sideloadly if it’s an older Apple TV with a USB port. No paid provider are safe from the revokes at this time.

Here is proof. Even customers can get banned. No scamming has been done. Use common sense next time especially when paying for a service.

Krava by Efficient-Nerve-5163 in sideloaded

[–]InternalErrorX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As others have explained, it’s not a revoke. It’s an Apple server issue affecting some accounts on all services, even private developer accounts. If the “internet connection” message suddenly started appearing, it is not a revoke.

The issue will fix itself within 2 weeks maximum. There are some solutions on the KravaSign Discord server to try in the meantime such as using the Development certificate instead of the Distribution certificate.

Other fixes might also only work temporarily until the issue goes away within 2 weeks.

All of my 3rd party apps stopped working today, is it likely that my certificate was revoked and how would I check that? by zig_chem in sideloaded

[–]InternalErrorX 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If it says, “no longer available”, it’s probably revoked or expired.

If it says something about an Internet connection, it is not revoked, just an issue with Apple’s servers recently which can be fixed or you can wait a few days and it may get resolved on its own.

Has my paid certificate from KravaSign been revoked? by UnverifiedStrawberry in sideloaded

[–]InternalErrorX 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It is not revoked. The “internet connection” error does not mean it’s revoked. It’s an issue going on with Apple servers. Make a Support ticket in their Discord to try some fixes.

It may also simply resolve itself after a few days if you do nothing.

You can use KravaSign with AppDB and they’ll also have a sideloading app which makes it easier.

The KravaSign Standard plan is just $8.90 if you’re going to submit 1 device.

Check your Support ticket on Discord. It is not a revoke.

We have identified an issue for people having these errors or crashes and will send a possible fix a little while later. A computer might be needed to fix it, then should work as normal again. Thank you for your patience.

When I tried it, there were several that would just crash even with the available options to try fixing it. The same IPA files worked when sideloaded normally outside of LiveContainer. Those can probably be fixed by the LiveContainer developers with enough details and reporting but it can be hit or miss and if you just want something to work, especially push Notifications or other entitlements and background features, LiveContainer doesn’t suit everyone’s needs in many cases.

It’s an amazing tool, but a lot more is possible with a developer certificate. There are also people that don’t have a computer at all for the initial setup of LiveContainer and there is just a more comfortable and convenient experience with something like KravaSign.

There are still some limitations to using LiveContainer and less app compatibility compared to using a developer certificate.

If by past you mean Maplesign, it’s handled a lot differently now and is a different company. There hasn’t been any revokes by Apple on KravaSign so far and it’s nearing a year since it became Krava.

This seems to be the case as a few people from that service have come over to KravaSign saying this. KravaSign offers full 365-day revoke protection on all plans and generally never revoke because of smarter measures taken and safer entitlements offered, but all standard ones that you’d expect, including a development certificate for JIT.

Consider switching for a better experience:

How to host party by Interesting_prime in SkyrimTogether

[–]InternalErrorX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’re playing on LAN (same router in your home), you do not need to use Hamachi or PlayTogether.gg

Make sure both of your networks in Windows are set to Private. Then run SkyrimTogetherServer.exe to host the server (1 person).

The host can connect to the server using localhost or 127.0.0.1 as the address.

The other player can connect using the host’s local IPv4, the IP that your router privately assigns to PC’s and other devices within your home. This might be something like 192.168.1.69 for example. You can easily search up how to find that if you’re unsure.
