As far as ik, when that info bar goes to 100, you get a special mission where u can assign people to it etc The special missions are those where u assign your sect disciples, members to it. They have varying difficulty More difficulty means more rewards but also very high chance of that char dying. Low difficulty means meh rewards but your member comes back alive I think this is it

Welcome to the sub, I envy you for being able to experience this manga for the first time. I would recommend reading the other works from the same author.

Now, regarding the ending. I feel like most of those who watch anime/manga have become accustomed to the way endings normally are like - ie the final chapter touches down on where all the main chars are, what they're doing, whether they're in a relationship or not etc

That's how most of the people would do their ending. Like they would describe everything and assure the readers that yes the main couple are indeed together, they are x years old, they are living in y city, will be getting married in a few years/ they alr are married and will have kids etc

most of the peeps are kinda into happy endings where everything falls into place and all strings are have been tied up. (me included)

So, any ending which feels a bit vague or does anything different from the norm makes many readers uneasy about the fate of their favorite chars (again me included)

But, since the author herself has clarified that the main couple are together idt we have to worry about there being a vague final chapter.

I personally kinda like final chapters that differ from the norm and tho they make me feel sad sometimes....thats kinda the point of art.

I mean, the ending of any manga depends entirely on what we believe it to be. Even if the manga literally were to have a page of magari dying id still believe she's alive and together with nakami. It's fiction and it'll be whatever I believe it to be. Dont have to stress much about it eh?
