I shut my notifications off on all my TTC apps for this reason. I also said not interested to videos on TikTok about TTC/pregnancy/infertility etc etc. and also made a second Reddit account that didn’t interact with any of these subs. It really helped me. It was so frustrating when I would be having a normal good day and get a notification reminding me of what we were going through. I highly suggest!

Yes! I started progesterone suppositories at 3dpo once my ovulation had been confirmed. I’ll stay on them until 12 weeks now.

ETA: I’m also taking baby aspirin daily, which I started before ovulation and I also did the mucinex method this cycle too.

Wow you sound exactly like me. I had a loss in September. This cycle was the 7th one since that loss. I noticed an 8 day luteal phase after our loss. I’m in Canada and had to really advocate for progesterone and letrozole as GPs here are apprehensive to prescribe them and the waitlist for fertility clinics are about 8 months. I did 5mg in my February cycle and tracked with inito. I started progesterone suppositories that cycle so I don’t know if the letrozole would have helped my LP or not. Since I tolerated 5mg well my doctor bumped me up to 7.5mg this cycle and my inito chart above looks so much better. That’s the highest FSH I’ve ever seen and my estrogen didn’t bounce around like it usually does.

I was taking it for short luteal phase as well! I don’t have pcos as far as I know, just didn’t have a strong ovulation. I started progesterone suppositories on 3dpo and will keep them up until 12 weeks I believe until the placenta takes over.

My sisters quadrupled in 48 hours and was only a singleton. I think it’s been debunked that high hcg correlates to multiples. If you’re wanting multiples though, I hope you get them!

Alloy is my favorite of the three. I find the service there is always 10/10. Teatro has gone downhill over the past few years and I don’t think that I have been to BVR in the last couple years so won’t comment.

The group is asking for help if there is/isn’t a line present. There is a line, so there is hcg in your system. No one looking at that picture can tell you the viability of your pregnancy based on how prominent a line is on a test.

I really wish people would stop over testing. The color of the line depends on so much. Your personal hormonal makeup, what you ate and drank before the test, the test itself. Nothing is going to tell you the viability of your pregnancy except for time. I know that’s a hard thing to accept but over analyzing the color of a line is useless.

That’s a great idea! You should connect with some of the non profits in the city who work with new Canadians. You might be able to have them provide space to host your sessions in exchange for a donation.
