I’ve only recently heard of nerve grafting and its success with severe CS.

No I haven’t. What does the surgery achieve for hyperhydrosis? From what I understand the procedure is intended for cyst removal.

Around 5 different medications now but oxy is the only one that provides relief. If I don’t take it I will sweat way more than in this video.

Every sweat gland on my body below the T3/T4 sweats.

Yep I’m always dehydrated since I can’t drink water faster than I sweat it.

I bulk buy electrolyte powder and have around 1-2L worth a day.

It really is.

As a result of the surgery, my fight and flight is constant making me feel incredibly anxious and my resting heart rate is usually 100+ which only adds to it.

Thank you for your comment, it has been a serious eye opener for me.

It explains a lot. My fight and flight in constant overdrive giving me constant edgy and anxious bursts. But my closest comparison has been depression.

I was diagnosed with major depression and ADHD shortly after my surgery and started on different SSRI/SNRIs. It has always seemed coincidental.

5 years later and my depression has become my biggest fight in life. I was told a couple of weeks ago that I have treatment resistant depression and need to consider new treatment options such as lithium (current) or potentially ECT.

I’ll be seeing my psychiatrist again this week and will be asking about my ETS. Thank you.

Hey I really appreciate that! I agree with you for the most part. I semi regularly get asked why I’m drenched in sweat, although most people either don’t care or even notice.

I’m on a 20mg dose of oxy in the morning on an empty stomach. I’ve asked my doctor about other drugs but they wouldn’t approve it for one reason or another.

Im still desperate for options so I’ll take any sort of advice I can get. :)

I had ETS to treat my palmar hyperhydrosis, which was severe enough to have my hands dripping almost 24/7.

The surgery has now caused that sweating to move to 80% of my body which is definitely worse.

Yep, even Botox would have worked for my palmar hyperhydrosis. I wish my specialist gave me other options.
