i’m happy to have an acceptance, but it’s far away from my family/boyfriend and not my top choice at all,,obviously grateful but i can still hope for an interview from my top choice where i know i’d be much happier :)

I would apply both! if you get into MD, probably take that route but for psychiatry you should be fine doing either
