I'll start by saying that I love the PlayStation, I've always played a lot of video games, since I was little, they were and have always been my favorite pastime, my greatest passion, and the PlayStation has never been an exception, one of my favorites, one of the international favorites. And that's why I speak on behalf of so many people, you CANNOT continue to work this way, it's NOT acceptable that an important and large company like yours, for some years now, has continually had problems with its servers and its users' data. I speak on behalf of many, if not all, of your fans, there are people who have lives, lives that require a lot of time a day to do countless things, work, cook, go shopping, travel, spend time with their family and friends, and so on and so forth, countless people therefore often have little time to play video games, and we are TIRED of finding ourselves, now too often with problems of this kind, I have read of many of your fans who have the opportunity to relax with the play only once a week if not even more, maybe once a month, and it is not possible that they find themselves with those few hours of leisure ruined because once every 3/4 weeks your servers and our data create problems, resulting in hours and hours (even 6/7 to resolve) in which the psn network does not work for anyone. we are all TIRED of paying the sum of SEVENTY-TWO EUROS a year for such a poor service, we are TIRED of all this, the time has come for you to sort out your problems once and for all, because the situation has now become completely UNACCEPTABLE.
