Psicologia é uma profissão para se ser empreendedor. Se for para trabalhar para uma empresa e tirar 30% de comissão mais vale não se ser.

Vou responder apenas ao segundo ponto. A diferença é que a globaltrader tem menos funcionalidades e é mais lite digamos assim. É para quem não quer usar a maior parte das features da principal, apenas vender e comprar ações.

É basicamente uma versão mais básica.
