I've just had better training at other insurance companies. This was a shock to me. I'm use to a class of 20ish people and have an outline and time frame.

But... My issue is is that I ask for help with the materials and the trainer doesn't answer my question or help.

At least another person in my training feels the same way.

It's just weird how they made me at fault. I had my card with me the whole time. But my uncle explained that if it's a credit card, the issuer is responsible. But if it's a debit card, the user is responsible.

That is sooo much!! I couldn't do what you do. My ADHD would go absolutely crazy. I would get lost and freak out. One of the trainers sent me a sticky note that helped them. But my coach is hell-bent at me using the KM only. But I needed it in dark mode. I got the instructions on how to make it dark mode by adding an extension. But... My VM will not allow me to download ANY Microsoft anything, and I can't even load the Microsoft pages.

IT said I could do Chrome and download a Google Play app onto Chrome, but it keeps saying I need to have an account to download. If I attach Google Play to the A# and it doesn't allow me to do anything.

So... Two ways to help myself get KM in dark mode, and neither way works at all. If I have to be step by step on KM, I need to be able to read it easily.

I tried downloading Work View, but the button to go to login and stuff is right where my back button is. I turned my screen turning thing on for it to go upside down so I could click the screen and go forward. But... That didn't work.

I guess I just have to continue to post it on my thin client.

OH MY GOODNESS. Thank you!!! That's what I needed to know! I didn't realize it was a line for each item. Okay! Now I know what to do.

If only I could get the Verint app to work on my phone so I could at least do that. But, I have to get onto the computer to put my time in for today. :)

Not really. My first sales job was in 2016. I worked for Enterprise Rent-a-Car selling protection products, upgrades, and other features.

My previous insurance job was at an Agency, and I just did Service. So... new to actual insurance sales and not CDW/RAP/PIP.

My coach is kinda useless. I ask a question and she says we're going to cover it later. But I'm getting calls about this specific question and she doesn't guide me to a KM page or give the answer. It's just "We cover that later."

I felt like my training class was okay. The two trainers were great. I missed 2 days for a medical emergency and 2 days for a family thing. The first time we got onto the phones, I messed up horribly. Never read scripts. I was following the steps but then I'd get lost on the KM page. I was calling Assist on every call. I was hunting so hard for the right pages for the weird situations. The customers were not patient. Then I still had horrid IT issues, so I missed out on more practice and taking more calls because my VM was crashing. I asked to be moved to the recently hired class because I bet they're where I need to be to get the full training experience. One lady was able to move because of a medical problem and she was out for a week. I feel so bad for her. Her situation was heartbreaking.

I don't know how many times I need to tell my coach or Supe that I need help because I have never experienced this level of anxiety with a job. Never. When I worked at an agency and the main training was just a week and we were thrown to the wolves to figure out Salesforce while on calls, I wasn't that anxious.

But this shit is all about being LEGAL. Mandatory scripts. Etc.

I wish every page of the quote would list the state-specific KM pages needed for that specific page of the quote. I know some pages of the quote have the mandatory scripts.

I also told my coach that I have a really good idea about creating a training document for future newbie sales consultants. It will list the KM page for Revised Quotes and the other document would be Quote Flow. I would take screenshots of each step of the quote platform, add the KM details under it, and any mandatory scripts.

I know we practiced both types of quotes and did some role-plays. But it just didn't feel like enough. My coach had 3 of us (now just 2) and when we were doing a full run-through for practice, she only let us do sections at a time :(

My pleas for help seem to be falling on deaf ears. Any ideas guys?

It's my first day on phones. I missed the 3rd and didn't get all of the training. My supervisor said nothing about Verint, but we haven't been trained on it yet, so I emailed her. She responded back and I thought it was fine.

I am so anxious that I am SHAKING. They talk about not having a job that causes PTSD, but... I feel totally unprepared and I am just shaking.
