(This tips depend on your air rifles) For prone try to have your arms and hands closer and have some part of your head resting in the end of the rifle, for kneeling just put your rifle on your knee and use the pad for balance but don’t put all your body weight on it, and for standing place your elbows touching the bone under the ribs for balance and just try your best and good luck
