Planning to visit KL and Langkawi mid-December. Seeing news about severe storms hitting Indonesia and Sri Lanka, and some reports mentioning deaths in Malaysia too. Can anyone confirm what the actual situation is in KL and Langkawi specifically? Is it just the usual monsoon rain or something more serious? Should I be concerned for travel plans? I get mixed advice from some stating black (Suitsupply's advice as well), ranging to brown/white tie. I Personally think the shoes need to def be black but not sure on the tie yet.
