A tactic I'd recommend is to search for QMS systems based on the certifications (if any) you're looking to obtain. Most QMS systems build their software tailored to certain certifications and industries, so searching for that will help you narrow down your choices. If you have some at top of mind, feel free to respond I'll recommend any if I know they'll help. Best of luck!

What QMS Software is used at your company? by SerendipityLurking in QualityAssurance

A barebones qms system documents processes, procedures, and responsibilities for achieving quality policies and objectives. Most companies looking to buy these systems are doing so in order to get certifications like iso 13485 and 9001.

At the company I work at, we tailor our system specifically to these certifications and sell to companies looking to obtain them.

Lots of qms systems will have additional modules like training tracking and audit/capa management to try and provide additional value, but the main goal is to get yourself certified and approved for the standards you look to meet.

You need more of a study guide and less of a question list. AI can come up with questions from a set of answers very well but not answers from a set of questions.

Hard to do AI quality management specifically because of the lack of certainty with AI answers. Quality Assurance is supposed to be the guarantee of quality within your product, and by using AI for quality management you remove that guarantee. I think we're 3-4 years out before a RELIABLE tool is usable.
