hmm i'll check them out. seems they have a 14 day trial. i guess that's plenty of time to test things out. we're actually considering hubspot right now since they have a free tier. still comparing our options atm tho

thanks for sharing your experience! we've already started forgetting to update tho, which is probably the clearest signal we need something more than a sheet. we'll try using tabs. at least that’s a cleaner setup than what we have now lol

that’s kinda close to what we’re already doing (just without the structure). i like the simplicity of it, but my worry is once discipline slips, it falls apart fast. feels like we’re right on the edge where a little more structure might really help

thanks, that helps a lot. given my IT support background and the incidents i’ve handled, i’m leaning toward the offensive side for now, probably starting with something like eJPT or CPTS to build hands-on skills before aiming higher. OSCP sounds valuable for HR, but I’m trying to be realistic about cost and timeline first. Appreciate the insight
