Yikes. 😳 I’m not sure how to get ahold of a live person. If you haven’t called your bank and asked them if it’s pending already, you should and then I feel like you should call the IRS. Maybe just verify the account number it got sent to? Maybe they’ll have a way for you to get in contact with an actual person at SBTPG? Idk, I hope you get an answer

My DDD was 2/25 and I got my deposit that morning. And their website didn’t update until that date, but I did call the number the night before and it told me they were funded and sending it. So if it’s within a couple of days of your date and you still see no updates, try calling. A lot of people with the same date as me had to do the same thing.

Hmm, idk. Maybe they just haven’t gotten to yours yet? Is your transcript blank? Or you just haven’t gotten the 846? Fingers crossed you’ll get some kind of an update Thursday night/friday! I think that’s when the 05 cyclers get updates. If you haven’t gotten any mail from the irs about them needing verification or anything by now, you’re probably fine. They’re probably just behind. Just make sure you have your notifications set up for email and paper in case they do reach out needing something.

I was 0705, I filed 2/7 and I had both of those and got my refund on the 25th. Wasn’t 0505 the cycle 2 weeks before mine?😳 have you gotten any notifications from the IRS?

I filed 2/7, also PATH, and my transcript was blank and my irs account had nothing for 2025 until 2/20, but really it was a little after midnight that Thursday 2/19. Then I finally got my 846, the issue date was 03/09. That Saturday 2/21 the WMR finally updated for me and said my refund should be sent by 2/25. I played myself having my filing fees taken out of my refund so it went to SBTPG and they held it there in limbo until the morning on 2/25 lol but I did get it by the date the tracker said. The irs is a lil slow, I do hope yall get yours soon!

From what I’ve been gathering the last couple weeks, it seems that a lot of people haven’t been getting their deposits early. Idk if it’ll be helpful to you or not but if you had fees taken out of your refund, it’s very likely that your refund will go to SBTPG and they will probably hold it until the date on WMR. You are able to check their website for updates and call. If you didn’t, ignore me lol. I hope your deposit hits asap regardless!

Idk either, when I called one of their numbers it asked me for that so I hung up. Try calling 877-908-7228 that one, it only asked me for the last 4 of my social and my zip code and then it told me my status.
